These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Urban Snack website https://www.urbansnackdfw.com and the services we provide. By using our Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Urban Snack provides custom snack stations and event catering for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations in the Dallas / DFW area. Menu items, packages, add-ons and availability are described on our Site and may change.

2. The Site and quote requests

Our Site is for information and contact only. You cannot purchase services or make payments through the Site. Submitting our contact form is a request for a quote, not a confirmed reservation. Your event is confirmed only after (a) we approve your date and availability, and (b) we receive your deposit, both arranged directly with us.

3. Deposits and payment

  • A 30% deposit of the total event cost is required to secure and reserve your event date.

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining 70% balance is due one day before the event, or on the day of the event prior to the start of service.

  • The remaining balance may be paid by cash, credit card, or debit card.

  • Prices shown on the Site are starting prices and are exclusive of tax; final pricing depends on guest count, location, selected menu, add-ons and service time, and is confirmed in your quote.

  • Texas sales tax of 8.25% is added on top of the quoted price.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • If the event is canceled for any reason, including force majeure, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.

  • If the event can be rescheduled, the new date will be subject to Urban Snack's availability.

  • Any rescheduled event must be agreed upon with Urban Snack in advance.

  • If a balance has already been paid and the event is rescheduled, the amount paid may be applied to the new event date, subject to Urban Snack's availability and agreement.

5. Travel fees

Travel fees may apply depending on your event location and are confirmed after we receive your complete event address, as described on our Site.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing, at the event venue: adequate space for the station(s), access at the agreed setup time, and — where required — a power source and any venue permissions. You agree to provide the final and exact number of guests by a specified deadline, as this affects the price and the preparations.

7. Food, allergies and dietary restrictions

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before your event. Our menu may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, and you are responsible for informing your guests.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Snack's total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, or venue closures). In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule where possible; deposits remain non-refundable as described in Section 4.

10. Photography and marketing

We may photograph or video our setups and food at your event for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we do not, please tell us in writing before the event.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Urban Snack or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
